We are operating a drop-in reception service from our Thornton Heath office for information only. This is available Monday to Thursday between 10.30am and 3pm. Please note that no advice will be given during these sessions and numbers will be strictly limited.
Alternatively, please write to either office (see ‘Where we are’ link) with details of your problem and your details (name, address, daytime telephone number) and we will ring you back as soon as we can, depending on staff availability.
We apologise that our telephone advice line will remain closed due to staff shortages. We are in the process of recruiting more volunteers and are hopeful we can re-start a phone service soon.
